Moultrie After

The renovation of 67 Moultrie was a full, down to the studs renovation that included tearing off all the porches and rebuilding them and adding back on the second floor front porch to bring the building back to it’s original build. Most of the building had been eaten through with termites but we were able to save most of the original moldings, bead board trim and Harwood floors throughout the building. Where porches were rebuilt, all trims were built to match the original architectural details.
