Darlington Before

This 1930s cottage is located in Downtown, Charleston in the Wagener Terrace neighborhood. Many years after purchasing it we learned that the grandmother of a school friend of mine had lived in in for many years. Originally bought to renovate and flip, when the market tanked in 2006 we ended up keeping it as a rental for many years and did a large second renovation before selling it in 2015.
